Energy psychology is a gentle technique that works by releasing blockages

within the energy system which are the source of emotional discomfort. I use a blend of techniques including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as 'Tapping'.

Our subconscious mind can hold us back with thoughts that we’re not good enough, confident enough, or capable enough. Sometimes we have fears or anxieties picked up from early childhood.

About the Session

Sessions last for 60-90 minutes and can be done in person or on a video call. The cost is £85 per session. You just need to be in a quiet room where you won't be disturbed. Tapping can deliver quick results in just a couple of sessions, but some issues are more complex and will require a course of sessions. This can be discussed during our initial consultation.

Tapping is also an effective self-help tool and I can show you how you can continue to progress between sessions by using it on yourself, especially in times of need.
